BECKY ABBOTT - STUDIO OWNER

Ballet, Tap, Clogging, Hip Hop, Cheer, Certified USA Gymnastics Instructor, Show Stoppers & Dazzlers Team Director

I was born and raised in Salmon, Idaho. I started dancing when I was 3 years old. When I was little there wasn’t a studio in my home town, so my mom would drive me every week to dance lessons 6 hours round trip. I am so grateful for her sacrifice and helping me to realize at a young age I wanted to be a dance teacher and give kids the opportunity to learn to dance/tumble close to home and love it as I do.

Growing up I took tap, ballet, modern, clogging, jazz, and gymnastics. I was a cheerleader for 2 years in Jr. High and 4 years in High School, being team captain 4 of those years, loving the dance part of cheerleading the most. I attend Ricks College for a year, taking dance classes. I taught for 3 years at the studio I took from before following my husband to Boise. I was an assistant cheerleading coach at Centennial High School from 1996 - 1997. I started Becky’s Dance Co. out of my garage 24 years ago, in an effort to fulfill this life long dream of mine, of owning my own studio.

I love seeing my students learn and grow and most of all have better self esteem as they leave my studio each week. That is my main goal, for them to feel better about themselves and love dance/cheer/gymnastics as I do. I love teaching dance & gymnastics & spending time with my family! I have a great family support system, my husband Brad and my 8 children.

GABBY MORALES

Lyrical, Hip Hop, Ballet/Tap, Technique, Solo Instructor, Show Stoppers Instructor

I started dancing at the age of 3 at Stars Dance Studio and instantly fell in love with it. I have taken classes at various studios over the years as well as attended Idaho Fine Arts Academy from 6th grade to 10th grade where I learned so much about dance and found my love for choreographing. I joined the Rocky Mountain dance team in 2018 and am one of the current captains for the 2021-2022 season. I have learned so much not only about dance but as well as so many valuable life skills. I have a true passion for dance and look forward to sharing it with others!

ALY GRAVETT

Cheer, Gymnastics Instructor, Private Lessons, Dazzlers Instructor

I was born in Alaska but moved to Meridian Idaho when I was 4. Just this past summer my family and I moved here to Middleton, and I love it here! The community and people here are all amazing.
Before I moved, I was on Meridian High School’s Varsity Cheer team for 2 years. I also did competitive gymnastics at Danik Gymnastics for 4 years and sadly got injured, but I am so excited to continue my passion for cheer and gymnastics through teaching at BDC! I can’t wait to help kids learn new skills and learn the importance of team work and a good attitude!

ELLIE FOY

Gymnastics Instructor, Private Lessons

I did competitive gymnastics for eight years in Fortuna, CA. I did it with my older sister and had blast. I completely fell in love with the sport and everything about it. Once I got to a higher level, I would help out with level one and two classes. I love teaching, and did that for about my last two years. I stopped so I could more fully focus on my tumbling and cheer.

After doing gymnastics I started doing just pure tumbling (at various gyms) and practicing cheer at open gyms. Before the cheer season started we moved to Idaho, where I continued to work on my tumbling. I always loved learning new skills and seeing how far I could push myself. I’m excited to share that passion and all I’ve learned!

ELLA GUSTAFSON

Lyrical, Ballet/Tap Instructor, Private Lessons

I moved to Middleton just last year, and will be a Senior at MHS this year. I started dancing taking ballet when I was 2 years old. I fell in love with dance and began taking more classes (lyrical, tap, hip-hop, and jazz). Dance became a huge part of my life and I continued to dance for 12 years before I began pursuing volleyball.

I love creating choreography and perfecting technique. I enjoy working with students and watching them grow as a dancer. My teachers throughout the years helped shape me into who I am today and I hope to be a positive influence as they were for me. I was an assistant at my prior studio and I am excited to share my love and knowledge of dance as a teacher now at BDC!
