As a mom to 3 kids, I've struggled for years with weight gain and having to build back muscle tone after each pregnancy. I've always enjoyed the benefits of working out but never truly LOVED exercising. I've tried pretty much every kind of workout there is, but nothing really stuck. When I started high fitness 3 years ago, I discovered that working out doesn't have to feel like a chore and can actually be enjoyable. Ever since then I've been completely obsessed. High Fitness has become that one hour where I can let the stresses of life go and have fun. It has brought me a community of supportive friends and a love for fitness I didn't know I could have.
