Yoga with Megan!

ABOUT MEGAN!

​

I begin my journey with yoga to help with chronic illness. I have a passion for yoga because of how much it has helped me. During my 200 hour yoga teacher certification, I have loved learning about the different aspects of yoga and why it’s so helpful for our bodies and mind.  I look forward to teaching and sharing my love of yoga with you!

TUESDAY

7:30 - 8:30 PM - Move and Meditate Yoga

​

THURSDAY

10:30 - 11:30 am - Stretch and Flow Yoga

7:45 - 8:45 pm - Slow Flow Mediation Yoga

YOGA STYLES:

​

Move and Meditate Yoga 

We will move through a flow of poses while focusing on connecting with our breath. We will practice different breathing techniques to help us slow our mind chatter down. 

​

Stretch and Flow Yoga

Deep stretching  for the first part of class then we will move into a flow of different poses for the last half. 

​

Slow Flow Meditation Yoga 

We will move in a variety of poses and concentrate on breathing with each one. The last half of the class we will hold resting poses for longer periods of time while focusing on our breath.
